"We were a multigenerational family up in Papamoa for a family wedding. Location was perfect- just a 12 Uber to the surf club where the wedding was. Teenagers loved the closeness to the beach, having the boogie boards was an added bonus and saved us having to pack them. Have all the linen available was perfect as we also didn’t have to carry sheets etc with us. The couches were super comfortable for everyone- good sized kitchen and dining and the bedroom/bed layout was perfect for us. A second toilet would have been a bonus but not needed. Spa pool was perfect for the evening times. An outside shower to get all the sand off us would be good, but we just used the hose to get sand off, though some always managed to stay on us! Would love to stay here again- anytime of the year as well. Thanks"

"A great spot to base your Papamoa holiday. 3 lovely bedrooms and spacious living space to relax . Good kitchen amenities allowing easy dinner prep if you want to eat at home. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach which is stunning . Good bathrooms as well. "

"The pictures and description on the site don't do it justice. Our first impression was that the house was much larger than we thought, with ample living space. The house is extremely well taken care of and you can tell right away that Lesa takes pride in her home. The pantry and fridge were stocked enough to get us going and there is too many extra amenities to mention, which makes it easy for people visiting from outside the country to acclimatize quickly and not waste time. I WILL mention a few extras: leaving us bread, butter, coffee, spices, condiments etc to get started, beach towels and coolers/ice packs for day trips, dishwasher pods and washing detergent and multiple racks for drying. We loved the area: a safe, family neighbourhood, so close to everything (as advertised in the title) and great walking paths right out the door. Lesa provided a nice manual describing the area, details on accessing Netflix (provided) and a very short list of house rules - all of which are just common sense.There was only one small area that could use improvement and that is the lack of storage in the primary bedroom. Not having access to a closet or dresser made it a bit difficult living out of a suitcase for 11 days.In summary, we're not sure how someone becomes a super-host but we whole-heartedly nominate Lesa to that position. She provided a clean well-maintained house, was thoughtful in providing items that travelers can't really pack for themselves, and was very responsive"
