"Room size is decent, I was able to lay my luggage out fully. Room is very clean, the bath needs a bit of extra cleaning. Very good price for solo travellers who needs their own space. There is a restaurant downstairs as well though I didn't get to visit in the end. Staff were all very courteous, helpful and friendly"

The front desk agent went above and beyond his duties to help my guests navigate their way to the Hotel since it’s relatively new and unique. The young ladies working the morning shift were equally helpful when I needed help translating and making calls. "The staff speaks good english. Very easy communication. They provide bath salt at the lobby for a bathtub soak, which is very nice. Parking is the only issue. They have a partnership with a carpark nearby. But there are 2 carpark with the same name- Maruya 1 and Maruya 2. Unfortunately, i parked at the wrong one, and couldn't get the discounted rate. If driving, there are hotels with more convenient parking. But if travelling by train, this hotel is perfect. "

"This is a nice clean hotel in a busy area. It has a great Japanese breakfast. I found the lack of staff in reception a bit difficult as the machine for checking in didn’t like my overseas phone number. The beds were a bit firm for my liking but the larger room size is a bonus if you are travelling as a couple. "

"Excellent kitchen, set the standard for my trip. Comfortable bed, quiet once the trains stop, not terribly loud considering the station is 200m away. Good bathroom, strong washing machine, plenty of kitchen tools, counter space, and an ample refrigeator."

"The building and the room are clean and fine, but the location was far enough from the airport that you would absolutely need a taxi to get to the airport. However, you’re supposed to make a taxi RSVP at least 48 hours before the date you need it. Local taxis are usually fully booked by early RSVPs, and wont be able to come pick you up like you would expect. I didn’t know that till I arrived at the Inn late in the evening, and I needed a taxi in the next morning fairly early. So I had to figure...
