"Very nice hotel and we liked the room with pool. Our highlight was the equipped beach and the service offered there by the team of staff, always kind, smiling and helpful. The beach restaurant is pleasant, breakfast is the best. The menu is nothing special and the service is always kind and smiling but quite slow."

"The property is great. The view at the property is beautiful. However keep in mind that the property is in the middle of nowhere. That said the hotel offers an amazing pool and spectacular views. The food is ok. The big selling point is the amazing skywalk view."

"Amazing view of the sunrise from our room on the top of the mountain. Staff are so friendly & helpful. New place with some building work still going on but well worth a visit. This place was perfect for a couple of days to chill & relax."

"The hotel said: they system was broken, so caused a double booking,the only thing can help us is cancel and change date .we can not stay in the desired date, forced to re-book the replacement date and pay money again . Until now we have not received the first scheduled refund and compensation"

"We stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding nearby and would stay again if in this area. For the price, it was good value, especially compared with prices of other hotels in the area. Basic, clean accommodation. Pool is clean. Owner is lovely and helpful. Beach is across the road.If you want breakfast, just let the owner know the night before. The room had large fridges, so we bought fried rice the night before or waited till 10 when the restaurant opened. "

"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good."

"Problem with the staff understanding the Expedia reservation and staff not speaking English. Once we convinced them we had 2 rooms for 3 days, things went well and facilities were fine."
