"The Imperial isn't a 5 star hotel, but its clean, the staff are friendly, its in a great location, and provides you a great base to go and see/do whatever it is you're doing in Salford or Manchester. With the train station across the road you can get into the city centre, or further out into Greater Manchester. McDonalds for breakfast. Free parking too!"

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Do NOT stay here!! Firstly we couldn’t get into the property and spent about 40 minutes on phone calls because no one would answer the door. Then when they finally answered the phone they were rude, and told us we couldn’t leave our luggage there before check in unless we paid £10 per hour to have them there.
