"Lovely place to stay at, station is so close by and have loads of food plaves and shops. The staff is helpful and friendly, the house keepers done we great job cleaning the room every 3 days but provided clean towels everyday! Room is great for 2 adults, who go out everyday and explore. Keep in mind the room is small with 3 large suitcases! We had to open 1 at a time so we got space to move. Only thing i am grading low on is the smell of the toilet we can smell from the bathroom every time...

"What a wonderful property !! I stayed in the 8th floor (all female dorm) and it was clean and very quiet. They had amenities (aside from toothpaste) in the washrooms so you don’t need to bring anything if you don’t need. They have lockers and luggage storage but i ended up keeping my luggage beside my bed. Overall the staff were very friendly, and it was a good location to catch transit and walk around. "Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!"
