"Staff and service were great. Disappointed they no longer offer shuttle service. Needed new batteries in the tv remote, and the hair dryer needed to be replaced, but staff took care of it quickly"

"If you don't expect too much, you won't be too let down. It's an older property, my room was very small but it had a coffee maker, mini fridge, free parking, free breakfast. The area around it is great. Personally I would try to find a higher star hotel to stay at next time, but if none were available, I'd stay here again in a pinch. "

"We got a huge "dated" room away from others, but an early morning laundry (door) woke us. No coffee maker in room, but it was available at the "closed" tiki bar. The tip jar was unnecessary. Least expensive from here to Key West. I would stay here again. Haven't seen toilet paper this wide in thirty years! ;)"

The phone didn't work at all, so I had to use my cell phone or walk over to the front desk. This was a time-share property, so no maid service. But washer/dryer was free and so were all the soaps."
