"Lovely manager - very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in a suite which was beautiful. Me and 2 bridesmaids stayed the evening before my wedding in a family room. This was large and beds were comfy - pillows could be softer. We had breakfast delivered to the room and the charge waivered which was kind. "In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "I had an overnight stay while I was in the area for business. The hotel is very nice. My room was a good size for one, and had everything I needed. The furniture is a little dated and shabby compared to the public areas of the hotel, but nothing to complain about. The pool is a good size. The gym is quite small and I imagine quite uncomfortable if too many people were using it at the same time. I did not have breakfast, but dinner in the bar was very nice."

"Was a nice clean comfortable room but very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep due to the noise from the clubs and pubs. I should have realised when I booked it that it would have been noisy so partly my fault. My daughter had a cheerleading competition all weekend so was extremely tired on the Sunday morning performing with no sleep. Apart from the noise, was a nice hotel "

"A very welcomed arrival, receptionist was lovely and pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for more, the rooms were perfect, we were given a free upgrade to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely unexpected extra and very welcomed. The spa was great, and the food in the restaurant was well above average, all expectations were truly exceeded. Would definitely recommend! "
