Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "The location is great. Just outside the city. Cabs are a little bit annoying (no Uber - but the local app ABC Taxis is good. Plus reception has a “send me a taxi” button which works well. I have to say, the staff here are incredibly lovely. Everyone cares about your stay, everyone is helpful and they made any questions I had - seem important and they really made it their business to sort things out. Hotel is beautiful, area great, bar and restaurant very good, staff? Best I’ve encountered. "
