"This property was elegent but, simple. We where very pleased that they had a New Years Eve celebration. It allowed us to take part, have fun without having to drive. The parking is horrible though. Parking lot is not really a parking lot. The valet men did a great professional job but, the hotel in general doesn’t offer great parking. All the staff was amazing, welcoming and pleasant. "

"I searched for properties with a hot tub and was given this one. In reality only ONE room in the whole property has a hot tub. This was NOT made clear. I booked thinking there was a hot tub on the property for everyone to use."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, and yogurt. Bananas and apples were also available. Hot water and water pressure were excellent in our room. Bed was comfortable and extra blanket was in the closet. Microwave is a little worn, but it works. Refrigerator also included in the room. Easy access to downtown Chattanooga. Convenient to Racoon Mountain and Lookout Mountain attractions."
