I was pleasantly surprised with this property. It is excellent if you’re going wheeling. Great location. Close to AOP and Coalmont and plenty of room to park a trailer. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and staff were very nice. The free breakfast was a plus to. I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The highway noise could get a little loud but we were tired enough we didn’t care.

Great little get away
This is an older hotel but nicely refurbished. The grounds are clean, the room was clean. There were little things that could have been better BUT I'm also a fussy person. The breakfast was good, choice of cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and fresh made waffles. Hot coffee and tea and of course juice. The lobby is spacious and nice to gather and chat with others. A nice little area with sodas and snacks to purchase as well.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Faucet in dressing area was spraying water not streaming.. I spilled something on floor and used towels to wipe up. Floors were black! I like staying there because of price and convenience. Because I’m handicapped they give me first floor which is great. Desk guy very nice and helpful.

This is literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Spend the extra $80 and get a hotel across the street. Our room smells like wet dog, found dog hairs on the bedding. Bedding was stained in multiple areas, floors were dirty. Husband took a shower and the tub would not drain. Toilet seat was odd, had chucks missing on the top. I think there must be some long-term residents here because on both sides of the building, people were camped outside. At 10:00 pm our neighbors were literally sitting in camp chairs outside our door being excessively loud and smoking, which conveniently sucked into our room via the air conditioner. This was a one night stay and couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

Been staying for years during an annual event that we attend every year. Continues to be a good place to stay. Room cleanliness good but could have been better. Corners and under the bed need to be vacuumed regularly. Will stay again

I had to take a cold shower because the shower facet was broken so no hot water came out. The floor was so dirty it stained the towel when i dried water up in bathroom. The rooms ace was cracked and needed replacing. It was not worth the money.
