"This place is a joke, worst I've ever stayed in. My room wasn't even sorted before I arrived for check in. When I complained to the person at reception, he didnt seem interested. Had no time to go somewhere else as I was off to a party. The shower was like a shoebox and still no house keeping service on my 2nd night. I did complain to the manager before I checked out and he apologised. However, I am never staying in this place ever again. Avoid at all costs!!!! "

"A brilliant stay. Perfect location for travelling around London. Very clean and comfy and quiet considering it's next to the main train stations. Very friendly staff and I was able to leave my luggage on both days. Will definitely be stopping again :)"
