I also think this new valet parking is charging way to much this is not a 5 star luxury hotel for the price they charge they only walk maybe fifty feet to get the car. "

"We all loved it here! Everyone that worked here was friendly. There was a guy spraying down the sidewalks, and he even apologized for the front of our room being wet. We then went to the pool and he asked us if we needed towels and got them for us. The room was updated and clean too. My guy that checked us in was very nice too and told us he would be there for any questions we had. This place was also close to a lot of restaurants too. Perfect stay."

"We arrived late after our flight was delayed only to find that the door code provided would not work to gain us entry. After hours on the phone with VRBO we gave up. This was around 3am at this point after traveling all day. We couldnt get anyone from the property management company on the phone until the following day at which time they acknowledged that their keypad software was malfunctioning and they offered us less than we paid for the night back as a refund.
