Nice little area. It’s close to the water if you like to leave your wife in the hotel and go fishing lol. Plenty of areas to eat. Wasn’t super crowded but what can you expect in downtown area. The hotel was good and the staff was extremely nice. Room was smelling good and clean.

The hotel is in a great location, all of the staff are really nice and helpful. The only downside is that the building is under renovation, so certain areas are not accessible right now.

This was by far the best Hampton Inn I have ever visited. The hotel was so beautiful and kept with the integrity of the St. Petersburg local architecture. The location was central to shopping, dining, and the venue where we saw a show. The staff was incredibly professional and personable. Of special note Ms. Erica and Ms. Veronica who checked us in and out were the friendliest most lovely ladies. They made us feel so welcome and genuinely seemed excited about our stay.

This hotel is located close to numerous restaurants,bars, and several museums. Our room was clean and comfortable though somewhat aged. They are currently renovating the 4th floor so workers are present, but the noise is kept to a minimum. Parking is available from the hotel (valet only $25 per day). There is also street parking (metered) and a parking garage is located just across the street.

Good, not great. Location makes up for it all.
The location was perfectly situated for being able to walk everywhere - both to work in the office and explore shopping, dining, and the beach. They were renovating while there so I assume it will be much better next time. In my room, the bed was not very comfortable, the air conditioning was very loud which prevented me from sleeping well, and the tub had stains and chipping. Aside from those issues, I appreciated the kind staff, complimentary buffet breakfast which was actually good, and that they had a Peloton in their gym as working out while traveling is important to me.

It was in the heart of everything. Perfect location. Even though they are renovating it was still very clean. All the employees were very nice and professional. Was a very pleasant weekend stay.
