"During my recent stay at the hotel, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. "Staff were so lovely and welcoming! Was upgraded to a room with an en-suite which was a very pleasant surprise. Room was very clean, bedding was lovely and lots of towels! Bathroom light and shower was a bit confusing to work out how to use but the shower was nice and the bathroom was lovely and very clean."

"Reception on arrival was excellent and everything explained well. Room was very spacious and comfortable with free tea/coffee and bottles of water available. Breakfast was also very good. "

We didnt eat there but will need to be in Cambridge in aroun 6 months time, so hoping we can stay again. Great value for money. Highly recommended. "

"The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "
