"This hotel was very nice. It was either quite new or recently renovated, as it showed little wear and tear. Also, breakfast was good and parking was convenient (and both were free)."

"Staff were friendly and helpful property was in good condition. Room had dirty laundry from previous stay and chewed bubble gum was stuck to top of headboard. Clearly not a staff issue just a disrespectful previos client. "

"On the plus side, new outdoor furniture and grill. Perfect Location for sequoia Park. If you are a clean freak or have OCD, this isn’t the place for you. It always baffles me how when you do upgrades you don’t finish the job. We had a beautiful new floor in the bathroom, but no trim except one side. So the sheet rock is all dinged in and flaking. The colors on the walls make it look really dingy. I don’t know what the idea was behind the topcoat they put on the paint. Refrigerator coffee maker...

"Awkward going to occupied room. Never notified about room change. However once reached by phone, folks were very helpful. Property was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately closeby park and river access under construction and not accessible which was disappointing "

"Delightful stay on the river with access to the beach. The rooms are very small but very clean and adorable! There is a little general store across the street that serves delicious food in a little sit down area in the store. Definately would stay again."
