"I had room 201 and the key cards didn't unlock the room door unless you used a special technique that the front desk staff showed me. The card had to be moved slowly with pressure applied to one side, just enough to bend the card, but not too much. It was finicky, much more than key card door locks at other hotels I've stayed at. The staffer who helped me was used to helping people that stayed in that room, and had watched me try a few times on the hall camera before coming up to help. He didn't...

"Really want to give 3.5 stars. We chose this hotel because of the pool area, but there were only 1 bed and couch rooms available. This meant my son had to sleep on a pull out bed.
