"Close to Mayo clinic with underground access to clinic. Helpful staff. Pretty easy to find Broken roller on chair in room Bathtub faucet shower lever stuck Parking in parking garage high price, but easily accessed from hotel No street level parking. Bad rib steaks!"

"The staff was very personable and check in was handled efficiently. The room was clean and all the necessary furnishings There were a number of small concerns. The refigerator made a trilling noise when the cooling cycle kicked in and it sounded like an alarm and woke me up. One of the outside entry doors did not require a keycard during the day but we didn't use that entrance in the evening to check it again. There were spots on the shower curtain and a bedspread. A towel had a torn corner and a wash cloth was stained. Breakfast options were good. Overall everything was fine considering the very reasonable rate."

"Needs hot tub. Very convenient if you’re having anything at the mayo. Direct entry from hospital to hotel. Great restaurants within walking distance of all kinds. Ubers are 1-3min waits. Nice clean facilities great rooms. "
