"We had a very comfortable nights stay. Plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and very peaceful and quiet. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A minor issue with the shower was dealt with superbly by the manager Mark who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. In fact, couldn’t have asked for a more caring team. "Comfortable house stay, we used as a 1 night stopover on way to Cornwall. It's not particularly scenic, being at the end of an unloved housing estate. The property is clean and practical, but could do with a few tidying up jobs doing. I haven't had to pay a deposit on any other holiday accommodation we have stayed in, it was refunded to us. "

"We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. The hut was fully equipped with everything you need and was very cosy. We didn’t have the best weather but we lit the log burner and we’re lovely and warm. The area is absolutely beautiful and we had several long walks and runs. The night sky was amazing. As there’s no light pollution you can see so many stars. It’s quite remote but there is a shop about 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed being away from it all. "
