"All the Employees that I came into contact work were EXTREMELY nice and happy that I was there. It reminded me of the Disney World employees. I met Sean at the front desk, Jay fixed my tv, and quite a few others whose names I didn't get. My ONLY request is that they wear name tags, bc I truly wasn't sure who the employees were that were not behind the desk.... they were all wonderful though! I will definitely be back. "

"My stay at this hotel was overall pretty good. The only issue besides the room being a bit dated was the hot water pressure. At times the water would not come on at all. I reported the issue to the Manager, Emily, at the front desk and she was aware of the issue that was being addressed. Additionally, for my inconvenience, Emily agreed to refund 20% of my total charges for my 9-day stay! This was fair and I would definitely stay here on future trips to my hometown! "

"The front desk person was helpful. I had booked two nights, and tried to cancel the second night (@7:30... Didn't realize the cancellation time was by 7). I kept getting notes from hotels.com that they were trying to cancel. BECAUSE I was paying at the hotel, the desk clerk just charged me for the one night.
