"Great overnight stay here. Ideal location just behind the main street. Plenty of dining options nearby & free roadside parking. We loved the apartment. Loads of space, comfy beds. Breakfast provided in the room is a great idea. Loads of food provided, cereals,milk,yoghurt,fresh fruit,orange juice,welsh cakes with butter & jam. We will definitely be back & are already planning our next mini break in this lovely apartment. "

"No information about how to access the building. There's no desk attendant or any staff there and the phone number given the choir that I call Expedia to get verification that I have a confirmation. I was outside on a cold rainy night trying to make phone calls to get in."

"The place had closed down a few months prior and we had not been made aware so when we arrived it was closed. We had to find accommodation elsewhere for a higher price. "

"First, the level of communication and correspondence I got from booking this property was piss poor. I did get barrages of messages for different things. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
