"We had a great time at the house. The location is perfect - probably 6-7 minutes walking with 2 small kids. The pool is bigger than most other pools in the area and the house was magnificent. Very clean, exactly as the pictures look. We spent a lot of time looking at other listings before booking this one and it was definitely the best value for the price. "

"We really liked the neighborhood and how quiet it was there. The unit was nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. We bought along our little Shitz Tzu dog and felt right at home. We did have a slight problem locating the unit since its tucked away toward the back of the complex. Also the cookware provided was very worn and needed to be thrown out. "Property was overall very nice. It is about an 8 min. walk to the beach. The regular beds were comfortable. The pull out wasn't great, but our 8 year old was ok with it. We were grateful for the fantastic working air conditioning! Remember to bring your own seasonings, oil and Keuring pods since there are none in the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Towels provided are great for showering, but I would bring beach towels for your trips to the beach and pool. ...

"The condo and location were amazing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because no one told us the elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor. My husband had a torn achilles, so I had to carry everything up 4 flights of stairs - luggage, cooler, groceries, etc. The otherwise, the actual condo was fabulous."
