Shore Fun-Beautiful, Many upgrades! w/Bikes&Chairs

Everything in this 3rd floor villa is brand new and tastefully decorated, featuring a beautifully designed kitchen with granite counters, all new flooring, and a sliding barn door separating the living and bedroom! A large tiled shower in the bathroom and new bed, towels and linens. We have a flat cooktop (no oven), microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all pots and pans. All just steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment on Hilton Head's most popular beach! The villa was completely remodeled in 2017, stand-up tiled shower, new flooring and kitchen. Great view from the balcony! 2 Beach Bikes are included for your use. The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side We live on Hilton Head, about 10 mins from the villa, and we are always available to help or offer recommendations. We own a few units in the building and take care of several others. The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side Biking is the most common form of transportation. Rentals are available across the street, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Cozy Get Away!
We have stayed at the condo’s several times, but I believe we have loved this condo more than any of the other ones! Loved having my coffee on the balcony looking at the beautiful view, even saw a few dolphins swim by! We don’t cook dinners and usually have sandwiches for lunch. We do eat breakfast in, might be a good idea to provide a small toaster oven since no oven.

So clean and cozy!
My husband and I visited Hilton Head for the first time even though we are life long SC residents. This villa was exactly as described and very clean. Communication was great with the owner. A huge plus is that beach chairs and bikes are included! We look forward to visiting again next year.

Hilton Head Beachfront Vacation
Property was as advertised. Great spot for 2, comfortable with quick access to a lot of Hilton Head amenities. My partner and I stayed there for a week and it was very enjoyable. Great having beach chairs and umbrella for use. Communication with host was immediate and check in was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway spot in Hilton Head that is close to the beach and restaurants.

My family had a great stay. Kendall was an excellent host and even helped us celebrate our anniversary with champagne and an awesome dinner recommendation. This is our second time staying in one of his properties and we’ve been very pleased both times.

The VRBO was good for our visit. It was near my son and his wife who live in HHI. We were able to walk the beach, visit Savanna, Port Royal, Bluffton and Beaufort for an Oyster fest. Would stay again at VRBO.

This condo is just as pictured. It was perfect for 2 adults. The property is well cared for, and a very easy walk to the beach. Coligny Square is an easy walk, offering many shops and restaurants.
