"Our stay was lovely as were the rooms and facility. We enjoyed drinks in the library, walks on the grounds, and great food in Darby’s Tavern. We did encounter a few hiccups in service. The morning front desk attendant was a bit unpleasant as was one of the waitstaff in the Tavern. However, we spent several hours in the Tavern watching football and being taken care of by the most exceptional young woman Crystal. She is a treasure! "They were renovating, the rooms were renovated but the bathroom counter have dried up glue or something they didn’t cleaned up, the light fixtures in the bathroom was very dirty, fitted sheets was too small so the corner kept coming off. "

"After our 2hr drive, it was a welcomed respite! Our stay was mid-week, so it was lovely to have a quiet stay in the first floor two room suite. We enjoyed excellent wine and jazz playing softly in the background. John made thee BEST pancakes I've EVER had. Our family felt welcome and at home. Would absolutely recommend & return again!"
