"The room was great! Clean and mostly quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The heater/AC works quickly and efficiently. The hot water is on point. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If the pool is a selling point for you, think again. Yes there’s an indoor pool and hot tub, but they are super gross! Breakfast is only 2 cereal options, sugary yogurt and some ultra processed muffins and bread. If you are gluten free or health minded, you’re screwed. The coffee was horrid!...

"Overall this is a nice hotel. Great view of beach and the bay from our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room's tv wouldn't work, couldn't connect to its satellite, so that was a little frustrating. Staff tried to fix it twice but still no luck. Room was nice and spacious. One area near the bed needing moping, but otherwise a clean room. We would stay here again. "

"This is a newer property in a great area right next to the lake and minutes from downtown Traverse City. It’s got an indoor pool, gym and free breakfast. The rooms are fine, there’s a nice sized smart tv in each. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the rooms our shower was dirty and there were a lot of lady bugs and flies in our room. We were so busy and only in the room to sleep. If we weren’t then I’d consider somewhere else. "
