"We really enjoy staying here when we visit family members in Hamilton. Our Thanksgiving week-end stay was lovely. All folks who work at the front desk are extremely cordial and helpful. This included with our request for an early check-in and this was cheerfully granted. All other employees are wonderful and our room was freshened each day with great care.
