"Even when things went wrong (which were out of the control of staff members) other things made up for it: hot chocolate, waffle maker, chocolate chips for those waffles... and a wonderful attitude from everyone I met. Would stay again!"

"This hotel is 1.5 miles from the airport and has a free shuttle. The people at the hotel - Danielle in particular - were kind and friendly and made the whole experience completely worth it. I booked a night in this hotel the first time because it was close to the airport, but I chose to book another night in this hotel at the end of my stay in Ithaca because the staff was so wonderful."
