"Front desk clerk, John Lewis, is a gem! He is extremely helpful, entertaining, accomodating and very friendly! Excellent breakfast, Clean room, nice roomy fitness area, laundry room clean and central location right near I-77 and I-70! Close proximity to University of Dayton and their baseball field and sports venues. Right between McD's and Wendy's. Lovely comfortable spacious lobby! Would highly recommend!!!"

"Everything at the property was fine, staff were excellent. Overnight someone let all the air out of one of my tires, I had an appointment to see my brother in ICU and it was cut short because of this incident "

"Everything was fine for a budget hotel. It gets the job done for an overnight stay. The beds are a little creaky and cheap but usable. Good choice for the cost overall."

"Very cozy place. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of choices. Pool was very nice, wish they had a hot tub though. Staff was friendly & helpful. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I definitely would not give this place a five star. It’s seems to be outdated. Rooms are gloomy to me. The swimming pool was freezing cold. Even after being in it your body would not adjust. It was so cold. Check the water flow valves to see if warm water was coming in. They weren’t even on. I had to use the guest laundry room. The washer had a strong odor of mildew. Staff was very polite."

"It was very clean and conveniently near the highway. Lots of dining and shopping around. Breakfast was average. Pancake machine was broke, not many people were staying from what I could see and there was a sign that said not a lot of cinnamon rolls were made and to be mindful of others but they were all gone. Eggs and bacon were completly gone didn’t find many juice options. There still was an hour left of breakfast to be served so that part may have been lacking a bit. "
