(Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. "This was an exceptionally unique property. Dhananjay is the hotel owner and part of the heritage family. He was very kind and accommodating from the moment I booked the stay. He arranged rides when needed and it was easy to order food/drinks during open kitchen hours. Buffet style breakfast was included. Very good food with both local and western options! We got thirds. I was incredibly lucky to celebrate Holi in Jaipur with my family. The hotel had quite a lovely intimate party in their garden....
