"I’m truly grateful to the staff of this hotel. "This hotel has bed bugs. I woke up with bites all over my body the ones on my arm swelled up the entire upper portion and weaped fluid. I had to cut my stay short. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said she would talk to the president about my refund then told me I would receive a full refund. I have tried reaching out to the hotel about that refund but have gotten no reply. I would recommend staying anywhere else"
