Sleeping arangements were Futons on the floor which we had to unfold and prepare ourselves, but everything was provided in the cupboards. "Hotel property is a bit away from most things so it's best to either take a taxi or to drive. We stayed one night, New Year's eve, so not much was open. However there is a giant supermarket across the street so you can get most anything you want to buy even pre-made food The hotel serves a microwaveable small meal, 4 choices. Nothing great, but edible. We walked to the silk mill then yo the train station "

"The staff was really nice. We got free milk and it was only ¥100 for extra bottles if milk, which are a MUST when taking an onsen. We had a private onsen in our room, but there were also public onsen in the hotel! Everything was super clean and the hotel is located close to the bus-terminal."

"The property was clean and communication from the host clear. The property looks like on the pictures. However, there are a few things that could’ve been better: (1) kitchen is incredibly poorly equipped with exactly 1 cutting knife and no cutlery at all, not even a spoon, (2) the toilet isn’t private, as the window is not shaded and there were builders just in front of the window, (3) it’s impossible to have a shower whilst standing up as there’s no fixing for the shower head and (4) we were...
