"This is definitely a no-frills overnight stay, but the staff was very pleasant, has nice little bar, has great cappuccino and a good breakfast, and a little market across the street. It's very quiet, but the church bells do start at 7 AM. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!"

We went into one room and the shower door was broken so the very helpful front desk lady let us switch to a new room. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at, but from here we visited Seceda, Vallunga, and Ortisei. It wasn’t dirty, just a little dingy and could maybe use a remodel. "Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....
