"The Briarcroft Wayth Hotel is a small boutique hotel and great place to stay. Parking is easy to find, the sitting area is lovely. They provide a guest kitchen with refrigerator dishwasher sink, etc., as well as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The rooms are nice, although some are still under renovation. The staff is helpful and friendly. My only wish was that the mattress had a soft mattress topper to make the bed more comfortable. Other than that it was a great stay!"

We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. "The property is lovely. We had a look around when we got there and its spacious with plenty of storage. There was tea and sugar in the cupboards as well as a comprehensive welcome pack including a map and the menus of nearby takeaways. The beds are comfy, the sofa is comfy, the shower was good, theres also a downstairs bathroom whcih was great as we were 3 people. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. ...
