"The owner was available by phone when we arrived. We were given a free dinner at a restaurant she was working at; which was convenient and delicious. The room was as stated. The hotel is dated, but we had no issues with the property. "

"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."
