The person didn't seem threatening, but still disconcerting. "

"I don't normally expect to be able to dine for dinner at a Holiday Express. Our flights were cancelled so we took the free shuttle over to the hotel. The driver was wonderful. He even called ahead to be sure the kitchen was still open. We got a quick bite to eat at the bar (also not expected). Comfy rooms and very nice staff. "
