Only niggle was the phone didn't work in our room and so I had to go to reception to order room service... They still charged me the £5 tray fee, which I thought they could have waivered due to the phone not working. But, they were very helpful and friendly "

"We took our little boy for an over night stay and the illuminations and we all loved it. The resort view was great, the illuminations looked great at night from the room. The onsite amenities like the soft play and super child friendly resteraunt were great. We loved the everything about it and have already booked to come back at Christmas this year. "

"Decided to upgrade to a cathedral view. For the small amount extra to pay this is an absolute must. The view is amazing. Staff were all really friendly, Good choice for breakfast including items cooked to order, best Eggs benedict I have ever had. The room was refurbished and really welcoming, wonderful shower. the only down side is the lift, straight out of the 50's clunked and banged and occasionally we had to press the "Open Door" button. The hotel is absolutely ideally placed for visiting...

"The hotel and staff were very welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Only disappointing aspect was the breakfast, which I would rate as only fair. Self service Coffee machine that gave poor quality drinks and a basic selection of food. Would stay at the hotel agin but would not pay extra for the breakfast."
