Bablu and Vijay were very helpful towards my needs...they even borrowed me their bicycle so I could fetch some essentials on the evening of my arrival. They arranged breakfast every morning and provided me with a map of Goa which allowed me to plan my excursions. Bablu gave me a takeaway menu from a local restaurant which was very useful on an evening. The area of the hotel was quiet and tranqil...just what I needed after...

"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "We normally stay in 5* hotels but as our previous hotel went corporate with too many weddings and events we chose Lucianas where we spent 27 days.
