"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."

"We stayed at Taj Cidade Horizon and it is a gorgeous hotel with a modern decor offering expansive views of the Arabian Sea. It has a small private beach which is lovely but no big waves as it is in a bay. We loved swimming in the warm sea waters. "Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The rooms are fantastic and so is the pool. The food and service is first class: special mention for Kasuga, Velecia, Aditi and Meenashi. The area around the hotel is great for gifts and restaurants. We had an issue for a couple of days with the noise levels from a large wedding being hosted at the hotel which impacted on the public spaces. However, the hotel responded quickly and well when we raised our concerns. "

"Very pleasant resort. Mainly British guests. Not as many small children as I had feared. The beach, à short walk away, was wonderful. Some pleasant waves. Ideal temperature. "This was our best experience of hotel hospitality that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Rishav and his house keeping team were so thoughtful and kind. Ravi is a true gentleman and an excellent pool bar supervisor and Mukesh is incredibly hard working and attentive. Our biggest shout out goes to Sangeeta. This woman is incredible and she made our stay first class. She is incredibly thoughtful, kind, humanistic, respectful, reliable and responsive. We will definitely return again and again and again. Thank you so much. L&C"

old-world charm with modern comforts

"I had the opportunity to spend a few days in Goa; The pictures of the "Imperial Goa" caught my attention. I can't fully express how happy I am with my choice. The hotel is stunning from the outside— beautiful architecture, gardens, fountains and a serene pool—but it’s even more impressive on the inside. The room is gorgeous, and the bed and linens are incredibly comfortable. Even the shower was a delight! The décor and artworks have been thoughtfully curated, blending old-world charm with modern comforts to create, inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, too! But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for."

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."
