After arriving at the hotel I had to take the 4 luggages by myself to my room, the 3 employees from the hotel didn't offer to help me... they rather stayed there and chatted... Upon entering the room, I noticed the dirty bedroom walls... I went to take a shower and the shower faucet fallen off in my hands,...
