Quarto novo e limpo. Pedi para trocarem o travesseiro e foi feito prontamente. Houve um problema em relação ao consumo, visto que não consumi nada no frigobar e foi incluído no conta. Ao informar à atendente sobre a ausência de consumo ela corretamente retirou os valores. Contudo, falou que "não iria cobrar" em tom que pareceu que eu havia consumido e que queria apenas encerrar a discussão. Importante precaução na análise dos consumos para evitar esse tipo de constrangimento.

Hotel encontra se em boas condições. Limpeza adequada, lençóis íntegros, café da manhã muito bom! Minha família foi muito bem atendida na recepção e nas demais inter locuções necessárias no hotel. Recebemos um kit pet na chegada inclusive! Estacionamento fechado com manobrista. Recomendo e voltaria !

Experiência mediana

O hotel tinha um cheiro estranho, parecia tíner, e ao entrar no quarto, mais um cheiro diferente. Na recepção, o rapaz que nos atendeu não informou o horário do café. Em outros hotéis, normalmente é até as 10:00, lá era até as 09:30. Chegamos do voo de madrugada, acordamos e descemos às 09:32, já não havia mais café, só então que vimos a placa.

Esperava ser melhor.

Razoável. Bom atendimento, bom café da manhã. Porém ficamos duas noites e já na primeira noite, descobrimos que os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico de um andar para o outro. o quarto de cima, à meia noite, começou com uma "arrastação" de cama.. pareciam que estavam fazendo faxina no quarto.. durou mais de meia hora arrastando móveis.. ok, conseguimos dormir.. 3 h da manha, o ar condicionado começou a pingar na minha testa, pois a cama fica em baixo do ar.. 6 h da manha, uma bateção no quarto de cima, parecia que estavam martelando.. Levantamos, tomamos café da manha, e fui à recepção reclamar.. descobrimos que no quarto de cima se hospedou um casal com criança, ok, nos também estávamos com criança, mas PQP.. quanto ao ar condicionado falaram que iriam arrumar e caso não conseguissem, nos trocariam de quarto. 2ª noite no hotel, não nos trocaram de quarto, mas pelo menos o quarto de cima não se ouvia mais barulho, porém pra minha surpresa, mais uma vez acordei com o pinga pinga no travesseiro. Não dormimos direito, não descansamos.
