Stop over for Pantanal
A good hotel with nice outdoor area with a small pool in the midst of a concrete city. Good as a stop over for trips to Pantanal as Cuiaba not really a tourist destination in it's own right.

O hotel é bem localizado e tem quarto razoavelmente confortável. No entanto, três pontos negativos: a) a wifi é MUITO instável e não funcionava tão bem, sendo necessário ir, mais de uma vez na recepção, para ajustar a senha de acesso; b) o telefone do quarto também não estava funcionando, inclusive, solicitei manutenção mas não houve conserto; c) o café da manhã é sempre, o mesmo do mesmo, todo dia, embora com uma variedade normal que dava pra aceitar sem ser exigente.

Hotel muito bonito por fora, porem por dentro bem antigao, janelas antigas, no banheiro o chuveiro jogava agua pra todo lado . A area da piscina é muito boa e moderna.

Tive problemas de limpeza, vez que à noite, encontrei e matei 2 baratas no quarto. No dia seguinte reportei o ocorrido e limparam. Com relação a parte da piscina, onde existem mesas, não ligam o ar condicionado, deixando o ambiente totalmente desconfortável. Após solicitar ao gerente e convencê-lo, foi autorizado ligar, mas não deveria ser necessária à solicitação.
