I overheard the maids in our (3rd) floor talking crap about me behind my back the next day, assuming I couldn’t...

"The only comment I would make is that the public areas have no soft furnishings and the sound travels. Soft close doors would help as you can hear doors on several levels closing. They sound like they are being slammed closed. "
