"The gardens were very pretty. Smaller pool was great for my small children however way too few loungers. Best time to go was about 1.30pm as the Spanish would go for Siesta leaving some available. The AC unit was full of mould and microwave had mouldy food on the glass plate. We moved units and the second unjt also had mould in the AC and was not level with the ground. It also had a boiler which kept losing its flame. They came out with a lighter to relight it through the hole in the front. Not...

Le gros problème à l'arrivée fut que le CAMPING nous a dit qu'il ne connaissait pas HOTELS.COM et nous a présenté une facture de leur cru ( d'ailleurs plus élevée). il nous a fallu patienter à l'accueil 20 minutes et élever le ton pour faire valoir nos droits! "The swimming pool was great, some of the staff (e.g. at the swimming pool) was very friendly and kind - but not everything was excellent. There is no remote control for the airco, it's only on or off. We did not receive any clean towels during our stay, and for example, the safe in the bedroom needs to be rented per day separately. Also, the advertisement mentions a kitchen where you can prepare food. As we had children, that would have been welcome, but the kitchen hardly had utensils to...

"Exceptional service from the recepcionist at our arrival. Large and modern room with a marvelous ocean view. The bed is confortable. Everything clean and modern. It was great to be able to walk from the hotel to the Platja d'Aro restaurants and shopping area. We really appreciate our stay."

"A beautiful property with a stunning view. We initially planned to stay for one night but ended up extending our stay for three days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is incredibly clean and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Will be returning! "

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The breakfast was great! "

Perfect for Girona airport

"We choose this hotel due to its proximity to Girona airport and it was perfect for arriving and departing by plane. The hotel runs a shuttle service to and from the airport which is included in the price. It just made our trip so much more relaxing. The facilities are great. We loved the large courtyard with the pool - perfect for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s also a regular bus that gets you from the hotel to Girona in 20 minutes. "

"Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service. "
