I swapped rooms for ok sheets, next morning saw how much the floor filthy, broken and loose tiles, broken light and bathroom smelt of urine. Couldn’t wait to get out. Could see all parts of this hotel were severely neglected and dirty. Totally misrepresented online. Don’t go there!!!"

I paid for 4 adults and the reservation said GUARANTEED, but when we arrived they gave us 2 twin beds and said 2 people were expected to fit on each bed! 😤 The WiFi ONLY works in the reception area and not in any of the rooms. There are cockroaches, fleas, live, and ants in the rooms. The toilet is IN the shower which gets everything wet. The sheets were dirty and stained under the comforter and the towels were given to us damp and wrinkly and clearly not...

"Great new hotel with excellent common areas, especially the pool and friendly staff. A few downfalls were- The rooms did have a tv but are digital only and you must use your own account to sign into what ever you want to view. No free access. Rooms have a washing machine but nothing to hang your clothes onto after The kitchen had a cooktop in the kitchen area but no cooking utensils and only 2 forks and 2 spoons. Was a bit far out of the main tourist area and drivers had a hard time finding...
