""Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. "Hotel atmosphere and environment are excellent due to the surrounding well maintained gardens. Food is of good quality. Staff are good, but sometimes room cleaning feels like a forced entry. A system should be implemented where the customer tells the staff when they want their room to be cleaned. That would be better."
