So we arrived close to 1:00 but we received communication from the hotel that we need to pay to gain access code because there would not be a staff past 23:00Since we were on the plane, we missed the text. When we arrived there was no staff and we could not get in. But the owner? came to the door within minutes of spotting us and took care of us. So it's good, even it casued some concern. "
