"The hotel was really clean and easy to find . Staff was always available and helpful . The rooms echo a bit but are relatively quiet . The hot water didn’t always work but when it did it was nice and hot . Great stay for a great price ! There was always food available within a block of the property . Felt really safe to walk around the neighborhood as well . "

"I had an amazing stay! I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property and we had a fantastic view from the window. It also felt very safe (coming from two female travellers) as there was always a security guard at the front desk. We will definitely be back!"

"There is only one smallish elevator shared by the building but this never became an issue. I really liked the rooftop here. They had power outlets to be able to work from the roof, while soaking in a little sun. The laundry access was so helpful, and they had free detergent during my stay. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location was quite good for me, as it was a short walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park and all the restaurants Polanco has to offer.
