"We had a great stay at Barcelo reforma. The staff was always very friendly and attentive to help. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a great view of the city. Breakfast was included and it was great as it had lots of options! The servers and the omelette lady were very nice with my family. The hotel has a tour agency on site and booking the tours was the easiest I have ever seen. The hotel had proper ramps and elevators for wheelchairs. The pool was closed but the sauna wasn’t. Great experience. "
