"Once you're in the room, its very clean and has everything you need. But the exterior is off-putting with a fence around the facility and only one way in/out. We made the mistake of staying several nights thinking the location would be convenient, but working with the limitations of the autoroute was challenging... either using the help button and paying a high toll or taking a long path around and needing to walk through several gates and around the building to get to the room."

"The owner of that small hotel is super helpful and friendly, the hotel is super clean, the bedroom was very confortable, and breakfast was lovely. "We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night."

"There is no hotel in Loches with the indicated name and address. Turns out the name and address are different! This is easily verifiable on Google. Yet, neither Wotif nor the hotel will refund us. Great service eh! First and definitely last time using Wotif."
