"I’ve stayed here twice, my only issue with this properly is the code/pin entry to the building & rooms, as sometimes they fail you can’t get in. I arrived at 2pm, but the desk is technically open at 4pm. There is a machine outside to check you in if the desk is closed. 1st booking was direct & received the codes. 2nd time via Expedia my booking ref number didn’t work & we nearly had to wait, was almost stuck. "The Originals City, Hotel Regina offers a reasonably priced, clean and enjoyable stay. The breakfasts are generous, the bathroom was newly fitted with a large bath, the staff are friendly. The only problem is poor wifi reception."
