"I found this property to be consistent with the standard of quality that I expect from La Quinta. The room was of good size, quiet, clean, and nicely appointed. I don't usually stay at La Quinta, because of the higher price point, so this was an exception for me. I was not disappointed at all with the room, but the breakfast was another matter. "Breakfast was good compared to most places that offer continental breakfast that turns out to be just pastries and fruit. I didnt see an elevator but i could have missed it. Also, it would be nice if they update the property so it's comparable to the LaQuinta near the airport. "

"I stayed at 4 hotels while traveling around AZ and this was the best value for the price. The room was comfortable with excellent beds. The bathroom made sense and had a drying line for swimsuits. The breakfast had good eggs and sausage and fresh cinnamon rolls in addition to the usual pancake machine and continental breakfast items. Every table also had hot sauce, a nice touch. "My wife and I tried the WaterWalk hotel as it was in close proximity to the UofA Basketball game. Hotel was very presentable, clean and new. We liked the decor. Room was very comfortable & new. There are lots of close things like Whataburger, QT, Walmart and a great Chinese Buffet across the street. We did have an electric outlet issue where the TV was on the same circuit as the light. We called maintenance and they fixed it. I would stay here again but were aware of the noise...

"The room was spacious with two queen beds. The placement of those beds was ridiculous given the space available. One bed was placed very close to the wall making that side unusable. The other had ample space on both sides. There was no closet. One wall had several brackets attached to it as a make shift closet substitute. The arrangement was covered by a large curtain. "The employees were all fantastic. The hotel needs updating, the bathrooms are old and in need of total remodel. We had to be moved to a different room because the water would not shut off in shower and maintenance needed to replace the fixture. All employees were the best."
